Do We Accept Returns?
Every Attaro fragrance undergoes thorough quality inspection before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly delivered products.

Unboxing Requirement
Evidence Protects Both You And Us
An unboxing video showing the product in its original sealed packaging is mandatory for claims related to leakage, breakage, wrong products, tampered seals, missing items, or damaged packaging.
